Product isn;'t bad but the quality CS is amazing!
Can't really say specifics but mine was a dud, and I was kindly given an replacement without asking even when I was making a lame bad joke about the product. I absolutely changed my mind, its quite compact but if not careful you can stun yourself by grabbing the wrong side. Definitely will stun someone giving a person enough time to run, it works. Thanks again for the amazing service and appreciated order.

It’s easy to carry around in my pant pocket. It’s very comfortable and easy to carry and use. Strong activation sound emitted makes lurking dogs stop and retrieve immediately , from me and my dog; while walking around the Subdivision. Charging lasts a very long period. It is an exceptionally useful tool. A great buy!

Seems to work
Hope I never have to uses this on someone but overall it works. I like the size so it’s easy to walk my dog with it in my hand. It’s has multiple safeguards from Accidentally discharging. The flashlight is OK nothing great. The real reason I bought this was I have people that has confronted me multiple times which I had to go to the local police department and discussed issue with them. During these discussions it was suggested that I purchase some form a defense mechanism in case these parties attacked me while I’m walking my dog. I believe it would be sufficient to discourage such attacks plus I have 130 pound dog with me. Like I said I hope I never have to use it but I am happy with it hope this helps you
