How Do I Return a Product or Request a Refund?
Returning a product to Fightsense is simple and stress-free. To get started:
- Contact Us First
Email us at info@fightsense.com or visit our Contact Us page. Our 24/7 support team will provide a Return Authorization and clear shipping instructions. - Provide Your Order Details
Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or refund request. - Pack the Product Securely
Use the original packaging, ensuring the item is unused and in perfect condition. Include any accessories, manuals, or bonus items that came with your order. - Ship the Product
Send it to the return address we provide using a trackable shipping method. Once shipped, send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return process and proceed without delay.
What is the Refund Policy?
At Fightsense, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we make returns and refunds simple.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email within 1–2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
What Items Are Eligible for Return – And What’s Not?
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- It's packed in the original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, or bonus items are included
- You provide proof of purchase (like an order number or receipt)
Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be rejected or partially refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or altered:
- Pepper Spray
- Mouth Guards
- Any personal protective equipment (PPE)
Free Replacement for Pepper Spray Used in Self-Defense
If you’ve used your pepper spray during an actual self-defense incident and it’s no longer usable, we offer a free replacement. To be eligible, you must provide a valid police report documenting the event.
